Hello Xsyon Citizens!

The Welcome Station building use is ready for testing on the Test Server! Welcome Stations will allow new players to spawn at active tribe centers. The stations also allow players to apply for tribe membership and for tribes to manage, accept and reject tribe applicants without direct interaction.
