  2. Developer Update 07.27.2015

    Hello Xsyon Citizens!

    The Main Servers have been updated with a minor patch. This primary goal of this patch is to release server side optimizations to the creature update loop. These changes have been run on the Test Server for the past month now and appear to be working smoothly.

    If these changes cause any problems I will quickly revert them and restart the servers.

    - Optimized creature update loop in preparation for upcoming changes to creature AI.

    Architecture
    - Placement refresh function optimized to reduce delays when placing and moving building parts.

  4. Developer Update 07.24.2015

    Hello Xsyon Citizens!

    I plan to patch a minor update as well as restart the servers several times to collect data and log files from tests that I'm currently running over the next few days.

    Server restarts will be announced in game an hour in advance. Down time will be at most 30 minutes.

    Minor Improvement Patch

    Terrain Reversion
    - Object movement during terrain reversion revised.
    - Log and bundle stacks should remain stacked during terrain reversion.
    - Objects on the ground should move better with the ground and not float or sink.
