Description
Firebuilding skill is used to craft campfires. At present these are used primarily to give light and to cook on.
Resources and Logging are the support skills for fire building. The Primary Attribute and Secondary Attribute for Fire building are Spirit and Intelligence.
Usage
To craft a campfire, first open the firebuilding skill either from the Actions Panel or from your Hotbar {If you have placed the firebuilding skill there.}
Make sure you have gathered 10 of the same stone using your Resources panel. {stone = Granite,Limestone,Basalt,Flint,Obsidian,Quartz,Feldspar.}
Once all the above is done stand in a clearing, Highlight basic campfire in the firebuilding panel.
Right click your stone that is in your inventory which will put it into the crafting grid and click craft. You do have a small chance of failure.
Once you succeeded in crafting. You will have a campfire ready for you to add fuel (firewood).
To add fuel to your campfire right click it to get the interact menu for your campfire. And then click add fuel. providing you have firewood in your inventory.
Make sure to have a weapon type knife in your right hand.
Once you have added your firewood and have equipped your knife. Right click your campfire and on the interact menu click set fire.
Now you have a lite campfire.
Other options
Other options on the interact menu for your lite campfire.
Roast is used for the Cooking skill.
Add fuel will allow you to add more burn time to your campfire. You campfire can hold at max 4 fuel.
Extinguish will put out the fire in your campfire. It will save on your burn time by doing so.
Destroying your campfire with remove it from the game.
