I'm with this problem, the username and password are correct but the server says they are wrong, when you enter the first login error does not occur, but the pve and pvp choices appears and I choose to enter login appears again, there's this error wrong password or username, q can be? is to solve?
I would contact support, I'm sure they can resolve your issue.

If im not mistaken....if you made the char. after the server split, it will only be on the server you made it on. if i am wrong and you can use the new char on either server then ya id contact support.
