Timing out before actually connected to server

ok this is old issues i got befor this newest ones i m experiencing now

i m getting disconnected from game , end up in the login screen , when i try to log again it says i m already logged in , after a while i can login again . Server isnt crashing as i check the status page everytime , This wasnt so paintful , but recently i m disconnected couple times a hour , so it happens alot now

The new thing is i now cant connect at all , im probably timing out even before i get into the character screen, i get my login and pass accepted and then bam nothing happens i m stuck at the screen before character selection, its like something is blocking me? i have firewall exeptions added and played a good while now without this issue
