Server allows login before world is ready?

I believe the server is allowing attempted logins before the world is ready, unless somehow the server can go from up to down, then back to fully loaded and ready to serve players in 15 seconds or so?

Perhaps some of the player data corruption and crashes might be due to eager individuals like myself trying to squeak into the server when it's not yet ready?

Jooky is actively monitoring the system and tweaking it as players play on the server. So for example someone nearly an hour ago reported 'already logged in' errors, the server was reset.
