Hope I didn't miss the party!
Hey all, I pre-ordered this game back in early beta (before Christmas 2010) It was still very early and buggy so I figured I'd wait till it was finished to re-visit. Seems I nearly forgot about it and its already gone Free to Play now. I see I am a "Citizen" though what does that actually mean vs someone who just comes in FTP now?
I've played ATITD, SWG, Wurm Online all of which got me hooked on the crafting / survival based genre. Xsyon was (when I pre-ordered) supposed to be the next big thing. I completely forgot about it till I recently started playing Rust, which I really didn't like too much. A little light on the crafting side and no terraforming mostly focused on the combat aspect. Wurm I played on a PvP server for 3 years and only once, finally, got raided that 3rd year at some point when I wasn't even playing. I'm coming back here now hoping Xsyon is that perfect balance between Wurm and Rust. Hoping that $40 investment 3 years ago wasnt a total bust.
