Please Add a "Demolish Own" permission to tribes & rename "Demolish" permission to "Demolish all structures"
The demolish permission is too open, Tribes are unable to give out building permissions with demolish because players with this ability aren't restricted to owned structures the way building is.

We need a "Demolish Own" permission which only allows players to demolish structures which are owned by that player.

The Original demolish permission needs to be renamed to "Demolish All" but otherwise left alone.

This will allow tribes to recruit new players that want to build with out needing a tribe leader around to demolish structures they built or having to fully trust others to not destroy stuff they don't own.

I've been saying this for years.

Running a tribe you can quickly see that because you can not give access to players to build anything on your tribe without giving them other rights to destroy YOUR WHOLE TRIBE! You pretty much lock these access to only tribe leader and very very very very trusted tribe members.

If you can make it so that people with tribe leader settings take down ONLY what they put up, it helps cut this risk back so greatly that it would open up building options and help a lot.

I'm not clear on this one.

Currently a player without dismantle permissions can still dismantle structures he created.

'dismantle all' would be the same as the current 'dismantle' permission.

'dismantle own' would only serve to block players from dismantling their own structures if so desired. Is that what you're looking for? (In my opinion it only would add further limits. Or is there a misunderstanding of the current permissions?)

Well I didn't know this to be honest.
However, I think it would still be good to have a limit to not able to dismantle anything but build. I was so scared I never tried it. So I was confused on the settings. I would still need to test it fully before giving someone access to this. Thank you for clearing that up.

I wasn't sure about that, thought you had to have dismantle turned on for any player to dismantle on tribe lands... So, I guess this is not an issue.

Whoa color me stupid, since 2011 i and anyone iv'e spoken to has though that dismantle was required to be given out with building permission.
Iv'e always been to scared to give out the permission out.

If that's the case then please close this suggestion as it is already in game.

the way it works now is,

If you give them "build" permissions only, this means they can build and demolish their OWN structures only.
If you give them "demolish" permissions they can demolish anything.

So just give them Build and they will only be able to demolish their own arch.

Isnt that what you are asking ?

The build permission already comes with "Demolish Own Structures only" maybe this needs to be added as a tooltip
