Can't Register or Update Account

When I try to go to "My Account" it gives me message "secure connection failed". Is this on my end on Xsyon? Also happens when I try to register a new account.
Thanks

Ok, what is your operating system?

Internet Explorer could be upgraded further but it sounds like you have the current version of Firefox.

Our website host disabled an older security protocol that has become obsolete and this will affect some browsers and operating systems. Windows 7 or 8 should not be affected.

Thank you for the information. The website should work with your current system and browsers. Please do also try upgrading Internet Explorer to 11 to see if that resolves the problem.

I will contact our website host for further information and will post again as soon as I have a response.

Thanks!

I have received this information so far for Internet Explorer 10:

  • Disable SSL 3.0 and enable TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Internet Explorer You can disable the SSL 3.0 protocol in Internet Explorer by modifying the Advanced Security settings in Internet Explorer.
To change the default protocol version to be used for HTTPS requests, perform the following steps:
    1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
    3. In the Security category, uncheck Use SSL 3.0 and check Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, and Use TLS 1.2 (if available).
    4. Click OK.
    5. Exit and restart Internet Explorer.
