I dont know when this change happened but none of my baskets show the lock status of either lock in the mouse over tooltip when the basket is inside a store unit like a tent.

When the basket is on the ground however, the lock status displays correctly in the target box at the top of the screen.

The locks still function and can be set, they just dont display in the tooltip
