My recent uses have decreased but not disappeared. It appears that the time period for recent uses has been set to a date in the more recent past. On War my counts are in the low double digits corresponding roughly to a dozen or so scavenges, forages and a hamster mugging. On Peace where I'm more active, all counts are in the 3 to 4 digit range.

Prior to this reset, the counts seemed to be from long before the server merge (excepting for fortitude).

There is also about a 1 minute delay after loading where mouse over displays nothing.

Yeah, I think it was because there is a delay in when they load after the game is up. In my case it was almost 5 to 10mins.

Ok I figured it out. This likely is not a bug. You won't see "recent uses" until you do an action that effects stats, soon as you do any action that effects a stats "recent uses" it will display them for all stats.
