I created a couple of pup tents in my tribe on the War server, I then abandoned the tribe to allow me to terraform where the totem used to be, my Bejaymac character dropped a new totem nearby to do the terraforming and once done I abandoned that tribe, and used my Kajada character to drop the new totem back where the original used to be.

The problem is that now neither character can assign a use to either of those two pup tents, instead they are being told that "they are not of this tribe", the two pup tents built after the moving of the totems work fine.
