can't enter test server

I hope I should put this here, and not somewhere else... >.<

I can't enter the test server. I can log into it, and make characters, but whenever I try to actually enter the game it spits out a ton of error messages too quickly for me to read, then hangs and crashes closed on 'loading entities' stage.

Just a quick question. Should our characters have been wiped out? Not a big deal I'm just wondering if this was intentional. If I log into the test server then my character slots empty, but I can't log into the regular server to confirm. It acts as if I am putting in an incorrect password.

The character on the test server are apart from those on the main server. I will wipe the characters on the main server this coming week, but for now they are ok.
