    Grass fabric -VS- Cloth fabrics

Does anyone know the difference between Grass and Cloth fabrics. I have some Grass fabric that cannot be used in a slot that calls for "fabric" (no type of fabric specified). Is this a bug or what?

    Likely is.

To my knowledge most fabrics can be used to create different quality items (thou that may not always work - not much knowledge is know around this part of crafting).

Send it in to the bugs email address, saying the pattern name and the fabric(s) used to make sure.

Actually, most likely it isn't a bug, grass fabric is used by basketry while other fabrics are used by tailoring. They cant be used together in order to differentiate between the professions.

Though they could change the name to something a little better :P
like Grass Weave instead of fabric.

P.S. This is all imo, im obviously not a dev or anything of that nature B)

"There is a difference. Grass fabric can only be used for grass recipes."

The grass threads, twine and strings can be used just like tailoring threads, twine and string. The fabric having same problem. So for leathercrafters and others, they wont have to only rely on tailors. Although tailors are only ones who can make cloth straps.
