Drinking and eating gets you tired?

Updated original post to include food. It's senseless to have food and water drain your energy when they're supposed to help you regain it.

100% disagree.

Drinking an eating SHOULD use energy. However, the amount of energy is crazy too high. I can run for 20 seconds and use the same amount it does to eat a fish or drink water. Thats WAY to high.

Plus why does it take 7 seconds to drink? Plus when I drink it only fills up like 15% of my thirst?
Please fix this, why not have going to the bathroom in game too. Can we please lower the need to do these things so much. I see the need for water, and food, but making them take up this amount of time ALL the time is tedious at best.
