Ok I have been wondering because we should have updates coming soon decay hopfully one of them.
Do we know what happens to bins when they wear out?Do they just go poof gone even with all your stuff in them?Im just thinking if so that could be a big problem for the bigger tribes that have hundreds of bins filled with mats and ect.
Will we have to change over all the bins item by item? That sounds like a lot of work and none stop checking decay lev for that many bins.
Or add the standard window UI option of alt-clicking or shift-select-click to select and move multiple items at once. Repairing would also be another option.
If you completely ignore the shift-click stack splitting, you get the full stack in that location at once, which is the optimal choice for moving items from one basket to another.
The problem lies in the fact that doing so on a full basket, no matter what you do, requires 100 clicks (one on a stack, one in the target basket) per basket. That's a colossal pain the ass when you have 30+ baskets that are all about to expire.
There really does need to be either a "pick up contents" or "repair basket" option.
By shift-select-click I meant that you click the first object, hold shift, click the last object and all objects inbetween are selected; click slot 3 that item is selected, hold shift and click slot 42 and every item in slots 3 through 42 are selected. You could then move all those selected items in one move. Alt-clicking would allow you to select stuff out of order, like the first slot, 7th slot, 24th slot, and 30th slot and move those with one action.
