    unconcious?

After going unconcious I can revive with half health which depletes in seconds then unconcious again. I had been running for about 30 mins so maybe I strayed too far?

Yes, you probably strayed into the 'death fog zone'. We need to make it more obvious when you're entering this area (and we'll do this soon).

This happened to me before I even cleared the (east side) of the lake on the round hill shore side.

I have also seen the fog, there was no indication of it when i started dieing.

    Re:unconcious?

I have found the death fog twice. Once, in the mountains, where I'm guessing the fog was where it was supposed to be and I wasn't.

The second time was in the Secret Cove area next to the lake.

There is also a patch of death fog near pyramid peak. Not sure if that would be the boundary or a misplaced patch like you were talking about.

I also ran into this area yesterday. There was no visible fog, but I kept dying. Returning the way I came and leaving the area solved the issue for me.
