Wouldn't be more logic to move some more skills to architecture? Like Bone crafting and Wood crafting, and maybe also Masonry? so there is a choice to make, either architecture or wainwright, because wainwright depends on bone crafting to make best carts, and some skills to Farming and Cooking pool?
To make skills more balanced.
Also, make plants to grow a little bit longer, lets say one in game month for a plant to grow to 100%, but keep up-keep requirements same like it is now, like adding water, fertilizer, pests and weed.
