New Player: Right click not working

Hello. I am a new player and I cant figure out how to eat or drink water from a river as the tutorial asks. Right click on an item in my inventory or on the water is not doing anything. Is it some kind of bug or is there something I am missing? Thanks

It might be a bug if right clicking anything is not causing anything to interact. A quick workaround that might work is to drag something out of your inventory to bring up the discard prompt. You can select no, and it might cause things to work again.
