Cool, I never put words to it, But I do remember that ddarkbless got the song from the composers site (or at lest I think I do). So Mitya Kuznetsov must have is on site. Are you can do what I like to do, Find his email, And ask if you can use his song. I go into details to what it's for and why I think it would work.

Every time I have done this, I have got permission to use the song, And some times they even give me a link to dowload it for free or just send me the MP3 of it.

WOW, That was 6 months ago. It really has not felt that long to me. I remember at the start, We was all running around trying to find 10 members for our tribes because we just knew the game would be going live any minute now. Back then we was all thinking we would be in-game and moving past prelude by now.

Even after 6 months I still say it's better to wait for a well running MMO, Then to rush one out without everything they said would be in-game, And buggy as hell. Keep on plugging away at it Dev team.

After 6 months, Hopi Tribe is still leting people join. We are a world tribe, So no matter where your from, Hopi Tribe can be your home in Xsyon.

The Hopi Tribe is still active and accepting membership applications. We have active members from all around the world, including Australia, East and Western Europe, and North America.

We are planned to be a good based tribe, we not interested in world domination, being the largest tribe or seeking out battles.

But we are not exactly carebears either. We will protect our own, friends and allies. We seek harmony and peace, but in a land filled with conflict, we are not afraid to fight.

We work together with the spirit of cooperation, trust and respect. We are an RP optional tribe, we want all our members to have fun in Xsyon. We do have Ventrilo, use is optional.

Hopi is now in our final settlement location, a nice spot in a meadow with a view of Lake Tahoe, mountains, and waterfalls.

We are currently experimenting with terraforming, construction and different layouts of our area.

All Hopi members will receive a plot of land within the tribal area to do with what they wish once the game goes live. We also have a common resource and crafting area, and a place set aside as a park and training area.

Each Hopi tribe member will be instructed in the ways of combat, escape, and evasion. We will take care of our own and protect what is ours and help out our friends.

We are not looking to be the biggest, strongest, or wealthiest tribe in Xsyon, but a community of people who look out for each other and care for the land. Currently we are looking at becoming a 'Good' alignment tribe, but as more information is released on tribal alignments we will adjust depending on our needs.

It was just another day, Kids was at school and the grown ups were at work. And then every one from around the world all at once heard the last sound they would ever hear, A cracking sound so loud that it awoke the gods from their slumber. When the earth cracking open awoke the gods, There anger mixed with sadness over there once perfect world washed across the infinity of forever.

Looking for a good tribe?
Here is the rules and regulations of Hopi Tribe.

Hopi Tribe is a family friendly tribe made up of people from all ages and areas of the world. And we wish to make a place where all can have fun. In order to do this we must have some rules and regulations. Breaking of the regulations will be dealt with by the officers on a case by case offence, and may result in being removed from the tribe. This is to ensure that the majority of our members have a fun experience in game.

Minimum Age Limit
Applicants and members must be at least 18 years old. (With an exception for younger family members.) If you are not 18 or older please do not apply to the guild, as your application will be denied.

Bad Language, Swearing , Profanity
Bad language is not encouraged although understood at certain times. Keep it to a minimum as many members have young kids. NEVER in zonewide channels, This includes acronyms that mask bad language.

Talking / Typing
Talking / Typing only in English IS NOT an obligation inside the Tribe.


Vacation/Job/Family/Military
If you are going on holidays or know you will be offline for longer than 2 weeks let an officer know in advance, we remove members that do not play for more than 30 days and didnt let us know why. After 30 days these players are removed from the Tribe and an in-game mail is sent to them informing them about their removal.

Help out
Help out where you can and you will find that others will be willing to help YOU out as well.

Common Courtesy
Remember that common courtesy works wonders. Say hello when some one logs in, And good night when they go to leave. You never know what is going on in someones life and that hello could be there high point for the day.

No begging
No begging or asking for free stuff.
There is nothing more annoying in the game than people asking for free stuff.

No Drama
Having a bad day? Don't take it out on your tribe mates.

Antisocial Behaviour
Don't take advantage of newbies or lowbies. Don't overcharge for things, lie, or attempt scams. Anything that reflects badly on the tribe will not be tolerated, You are a representative of Hopi and if you cause us loss of status on the server we will not be pleased about it.
Refrain from using derogatory comments like "gay", "fag", "nigger", and such. We will not stand for it.

Good Ambassador
Be a good ambassador for the Tribe by behaving appropriately in the game – this is especially important when playing with non-Tribe members.

Xsyon is a Game
Remember that Xsyon is a game and that the main reason for playing it is to have a good time and get some relaxation. Don’t take failures too hard. It takes time to learn how to beat those baddies sometimes. The most important thing is to have fun and be in good company of others

No Cheating
No Cheating, Hacking, or Exploiting. If anyone is found to be in breach of any game policies you will be reported to Notorious Games and removed from the Tribe.



This area is not regulations but more of rules of what we would like to see.

Cooperation between everyone in the Tribe is wanted and needed.

Grouping with Tribe members is always encouraged (Soloing is fine from time to time but an effort should be made to team up with fellow tribe members).

Members are encouraged to ask questions of the leadership and make comments, voice concerns, and make suggestions.

Tribe members should act maturely. You can be mature and still have fun.



Exit Policy
Leaving isn't a sin. The game evolves, the tribe evolves, and sometimes it's just time to move on. Here is what we wish of our members when that time comes:

If you're going to quit the game for good, a heads-up note on the forums lets us know we don't need to keep the light on for you.

If you're leaving for another tribe, we'd like to know, Discuss things with an officer lets us know if there is something we are falling down on. Working with us will get you a positive note from the tribal leadership on your app for your new tribe.

So many tribes are going for the total war machine look for the tribal camp, Hopi is not. No we don't plan on going to war, Yes we know we will end up in one. But that does not mean that we should not be able to see the land around us. So many tribes have walls so tall that the only way to see out is to get on top of a look out tower. We at Hopi do not plan to box ourself in.

As I have just bought the game and in the process of DL now I like what you as a tribe stand for and what you are doing in game. I will keep you in mind once I get my barrings in the game tomorrow after it is all patched :) But if you join a tribe can you set up a "house" on that tribes land to place stuff of your own in ? B/C I would like to make my wears and have like a place to display them if that is possible.

We plan to have tribal housing for members. It's still needs to worked out to how much land goes to a members personal land and what has to be for the tribe. Till we get into live and really see what it's going to take for day to day life in Xsyon. We will need to wait on housing untill we understand things better.

Well met folks. I just wanted to stop by and thank you all for the invite recently. This game combined with Hopi has already been a highlight of my gaming, and I have been gaming since Atari 2600 launched and Commodore 64 was the cream of the crop. I want to thank Hopi for being completely awesome in their morals and sense of community, it feels like a tribe! I want to thank Jooky and crew for giving us the freedom to do this... because as you know, we very much need and love this.

Below is a post that I made on Hopi's forums yesterday. I am reposting it here so that others can get a sense of what I felt upon finding these great folks and this game. I know that this sort of game is not for everyone, but for those of us who have been waiting for this our entire gaming lives, we appreciate it more than anyone will ever know. This is a time to create relationships and memories. A time for banding together and weathering the pioneering that we about to set forth on. There is more soul in this game than everything else out there, combined, in my opinion. And folks like Hopi are a big part of that. Anyway, here's a copy of my post, thanks guys and gals, it truly is a pleasure being here with you all.


Well met folks.

After a short but challenging (and fun!) journey, I arrived last night at Hopi homelands. After such a short time in this world, I must express my excitement as I came over a hill and saw the settlement across the river. It took my breath away, seriously. The foundation of a new settlement, tribesmen and tribeswomen all going about their daily chores and business, fires and structures, even a giant sand castle.

As I tried to feverishly make my way down the embankment and across the river, I had my first run in with the wildlife in this world. A raccoon, and it bit me! Well, I reacted as quickly as i could, my new found bliss still present caused some delay I am sure. One raccoon head later, I was bloody and needed a swim in that river... that cold river.

So across I go, and up the hill and I find myself in the middle of paradise. No kidding here folks, laugh at me if you want, this has been my dream since I started gaming on PC's, back with Zork and all of the other Infocom classics. Through all of the MUDs and into M59 and UO, EQ and AC1, through it all, this has been my dream. A dream that has been closest realized in games such as MineCraft, which only lacked the in game community and family that I so longed for as part of the equation.

I called out and Amaru answered, quickly brought me under the wings of the tribe and took a nice amount of his time to show me around the camp. What you all have done here is wonderful, and has brought this 40 year old bum to his gaming roots. I watched in awe as people came and went, bringing goods and supplies, taking what they needed, and acting as one. One family. One tribe.

This is going to sound bad I am sure, but I instantly had memories flooding back from being a kid and watching Little House on the Prarie. The community support, the fact that everyone is important. After running around the area and picking my jaw off the floor many times, I started peeking at the various projects that are unfinished, and seeing we needed. Without any direction, or hand holding like in most games, I simply knew what had to be done, and off I went. Logs, nails, thread, food, anything... I just went and got what I could, and brought it back.

It's amazing where our minds can take us when given the freedom to think for ourselves, isn't it? Xsyon to me has been a dream without a name, until 3 days ago. Today, It not only has a name, but I am there to experience it. Hopi is a major part of that for me, finding like minded people, peaceful & honest folks who want to earn their keep and help others, was key to my happiness here. Because as much as I loved Xsyon from the 8 or so hours I had played it over the past 2 days, nothing could compare to how I felt upon arrival at Hopi and meeting those of you who were there.

I'm having a few crash issues once in a while, I have been sending those logs to Jooky and I know he's busy and working on things like that, so if I ever log out abruptly, mid sentence or conversation or something, that's likely why and I should be right back.

So in closing, this is a 'thank you' for being such a caring part of this community, from those of us who are looking for not only the best sandbox, but the best people to enjoy it with.

I returned yesterday and was on almost all day. I didn't see any Hopi chatting in global and I joined up with MrDDT's tribe and nobody there has heard from any Hopi lately either :(
I do believe that Alex checks in once in a while though... and I think the Hopi tribe area might still be there.
Fatboy would likely know, as he's active and located nearby the old Hopi lands as far as I know.

I've been subbed for a while and been in Hopi almost every day the last week, but I haven't heard from any other Hopi. The tribe is still in the same place and almost everyone has their ranks turned to villagers with no permissions. Without Alex there's not much to do.

Hopis last known activity was about 1 -1 1/2 months ago was myothras and aramand. to be honest since launch their is been atleast 1 members of hopi active (almost), However i did notice that hopi has been very quiet since launch (while online).
