Xsyon Info: Tribe Radius

Tribes are currently set with a minimum radius. This radius increases after 20 members.

I will adjust this soon as I'd like to determine what the optimal minimum radius should be.

this min radius doesnt allow much space for up to 20 members...gonna get awefull crowded when tents/building/construction comes.....even with trraforming now....we dont have much room.
