3 Month PAY PAL wait?

hi....
many of our Members of ABT are now waiting over 3 months to preorder this game over PAY PAL or other..its YOUR MONEY....;)!
They have no creditcard or would not pay over internet with creditcard!...please its a thing from 1 day to activate a paypal order!...:)
