Special ( invisable) Axe ?

Hi, I hope this is not a stupid rookie question. I scavenged an item today that had no pac icon. Nor did it show on my avatar when equipt. The item is called special axe.


Does anyone know whats up with that. Is it common or a bug maybe? TIA
