I wonder how long the server will be down, and what exactly are they ganna add with this patch....

The servers will be down for about an hour for an update.

It's a total wipe, testing the terrain baking system, and I am sure he has some surprises in there that we just have to discover on our own.

corrupted some files, so its redownloading them is all.

pex, do a forum search for that error, a fix was given a while back but i forgot what it was

Sometimes running xsyon as an admin fix that error,right click on icon and change it.

Mine keeps saying Error Could not create a file

That error means that the launcher can't access/write this file, because it's being accessed by another program. In this case it's the Xsyon launcher, which was not closed properly and is still running AND accessing this file. To fix this, you just have to end process of the old launcher in the task manager - or simply log off and log in on windows.


Have you ever tried renaming a text document, while it's currently open with a editor? It won't allow you doing this. It's the same with Xsyon.
