How to solo build?(solo totem?)

I know it was announced to not be enabled at launch, but i am wondering how to do it when the time comes.

as a new player how do I get my solo totem to be able to have my own patch of land to build on?

also is farming currently in?

You must click on tribe, select a name, create a tribe,place totem

It turns out that the release will be no restriction on the size(is fixed size) and how many people can join this totem "homestead" in the appropriate limitation of not being able to play between totem nearby, because that system is designed, even if a tribe has the maximum area allowed would not be possible as overlap area was once a minor tribe
