New installer

Anyone knows how this works?
In this morning's update it says they will be sending a new installer but a full download won' be required.

Do we just download the installer and it recognises the previous xyson files?

Hopefully you can choose where you want the game files to be located. The old one defaulted to my D drive for some reason not C.
