Well, because im going to be a solo player and because they bind, it seems the best idea is to choose the shovel - presuming that it can actually be used to dig as well as smash brains in :-)

The regular shovels in game all double as weapons so I would take one of my phenominal wild logical guesses and assure you it will do both. Others will disagree because they need a DEV to say it. I say bahumbug to them.

I would think that the one with the bigger scoop would yield more dirt when terraforming than the smaller one. Normal shovels yeild one to two scoops while the bigger special edition one yields four to five scoops of dirt. It should also increase strength at a quicker rate. It should also do more dmg but swing slower.

I took Blades and the Dissecter (sp?) - This whole new item "catagory" should be a little better explained - some don't seem to fit into any real catagory.

This should be a Sticky so players can actually SEE what the new Special items are.

Currently there is no ore harvesting, you get all your metal through scrap heaps. Mining has been discussed though, so you might want to choose picks as your weapon if you want to try it whenever it comes out.


But srsly, ist here a shovel skill?
