Are servers down or do I have wrong client?

I pre-ordered the game this morning and was emailed the following Installer by tech support:

The download is finished but I cannot log in (says server not available). I also see the graphic splash says Xsyon - Prelude.

Do I have the wrong client?

Servers are down for final wipe. Any server information is posted in the annoucement forum, so keep an close eye on that.
