The "unable to create a name" problem

Just had it happen to me and I am unable to select a name and create a character. I read about this problem before but until now never experienced it. I was wondering if it was "fixed" and should be reported some how or if the issue is still on going that there are ways around the problem.

Report issues in the bug thread. There you can start a new topic or select your issue from the topics already started and let them know it is happening.

Tried that first because I knew of the problem. Still the name button falls behind the choose starting location/choose pre-order weapon box as soon as i click on it.

doesn't matter atm anyways, server is down... I had that happen when trying to create a toon, server is just offline.
