Lock down on polls

Wtf is going on with polls.

Looking at the Prelude threads the vast majority are just polls. Some are essentially the same things just reworded, and others are just badly designed and hence mean nothing.

We need better moderation in the Prelude section.

Yeah the forums recently seem to have more bugs than normal, double posting and such. Probably just a bugged poll here, try reposting it
