Bring me up to date?

Hey people,
I preordered quite a while ago and haven't checked up on the game in quite some time. Would anybody care to bring me up to date on what's been going on? Like with features, tribes, release/prelude date and such and such.

They are going to try and launch again next week. Still a lot of code issues. They disabled terraforming this weekend and the game seemed to run pretty good though. Of course no one is online to really push it but we will see. I think his code cannot support this many people (rather obvious at this point), and that's the root of the push backs and delays.

At the moment, most people are just semi afk waiting until he gets the game fixed.
