Cant click on buttons in character creation

When creating a character i cant click on the right thing.

for example, i am hovering over the upgrade stat button of charm but it shows that i am highlighting perception, and when i click it clicks on perception instead of charm , which my mouse cursor is over.

so basically it highlights the button a little above my cursor.

i cant hit create when im done because its to low on the screen.

any fixes?

also i did not see a bug section so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Ok so apparently the problem was it was in window mode which was the default, i just logged in to starting menu changed to non window mode restarted entire thing and it works fine now.
