Tribal land expansions

Can anyone confirm that tribe areas will increase as members join? I'm worried that i wont be able to invite my whole tribe today and im concerned that we will have to tear down our totem and replace it with another when we get more members.

does anyone know if it will just upgrade as more members join?

I don't have a link but it is here somewhere, yes they will be updatable, you will click an upgrade option once the threshold of members is met.

Does this include going from a clan to a tribe? Or does that only work in reverse?

I hope it effects both ways without any problems or placeing a totem is going to be out of control tomorrow...??
