Encroaching question

I am fishing on another's territory. Every time I cast, I get the message about "Encroaching ...."

Will this cost me points? I am good, and don't want to take any penalties for bad behavior. Is this implemented yet?

I dont think good/evil/neutral even though tribes can choose their alignment i dont think it actually added yet but who knows when it is u might get evil points for that XD

Some things really have no effect on the tribe resourses. Fishing, gathering rocks, these are unlimited and should not generate the message. Taking grass, wood, junk (not scavanging) do reduce the area resource levels.
