Preorder weapons

Sorry if it's been posted, I tried searching.

Anyways, I'm not entirely sure I started where I wanted to. If I end up deleting my character and starting over, will I get the option to choose a weapon again or will it be gone?

If you got a preorder weapon, then when you reroll you will be able to choose another one
