Servers running slow or not working after 5MBpatch

Did servers all go down after this patch and they are not working right anymore? Cant perform any actions?

Been waiting a couple of hours in game and after about 2 hours the thing i wrote in chat suddenly popped up :P ...since then nothing happens.
Still can run around tho but as laronesta says i can't perform any actions either.
