PLease utilise the game to use more than 20% of my gfx card , As of now its using 15-20% and only getting 12 fps max,

The latest update has made no effect.

same issue here, always been this way for me.
GFX card at like 20-25%, and its not CPU or ram bottleneck as CPU is around 30% per core, and 75% of ram is free.

I get between 20-30ish average..with dips down to teens and up to 50 rarely..
