Crashing please see my video

After the new patch i have not been able to get on at all. Ive tried deleting the options file with no help, the logs aren't creating any information at all they are just blank with the current date. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled twice. please see video

It's doubtful that devs look through the forums often enough to notice your post in a timely manner.
