I thought trees would grow back by now?

Any update?

And do you chop the stump to make them grow back? or does that make them not?

Any help would be just peachy.

supposedly destroying the stump makes them not grow back
or makes them not grow back in that location
but the stumps i've chopped are still stumps...with no regrowth...so maybe growback isn't working.
