Cannot Name Character?

I created a second character after I deleted my first char and its when I click create it says please select a characters name.

The window doesn't show up and I can't create my character :(

Did you enter a name for your character? It's the top button, click it after choosing all your other stuff - after choosing a name it changes the top button to the name chosen and then you should be able to Create.

If you did enter a name then your best bet is to probably post in the bug forums.
