I do not know how to do, can someone create a poll for me with these 3 choices?
1:i certainly will renew
2: i not renew
3:renewal only if they add content and fix the technical problems

They turned off polling. From what I can tell only the devs can make new polls. Except for the server down time poll, which was created by a dev, the rest are all old polls that never seem to die.
