Doubled my fps.

Probably its a fully known thing and its nothing new, but:

I just doubled my fps in Xsyon by changing the texture filtering from trilinear (was this default setting?) to anisotropic.
Textures look way sharper now in the distance and as i said: doubled fps; more fluid gameplay.

So maybe a few of you didnt check this setting yet.

It's dependant on your video card.
For me anistropic reduces fps compared to Tri/Bi-linear settings.
