Seeing what's new

Haven't played in a long while and I wanted to see what's new, maybe re-subscribe. Is there any "trial" of sorts for memebrs that want to come back and see what's new? Possible to get the account activated for a day or something?

You can read the updates for info about how they look to give free time to old accounts. Not really a lot of info there and not sure when.
