Charged my account even though I cancelled?

I cancelled my subscription months ago and I recently(yesterday) was charged 14.99 for my subscription. How do I contact someone to get it refunded?

I have and they just said account was changed to cancelled. My bank account isn't showing a refund of any kind yet.
