Need help with download

I have registered in fourms and I'm trying to download the .zip install file. I click the link and it asks me if i want to save, when I click save it immediately says cannot download. I have dissabled my internet security and still can not download. What else can I try? Any help appreciated, thx.

ok, was able to turn off 'save encripted files to disk' in IE 9 and it works now. Thanks for any reads!
