Zones

can someone tell me the least settled low-medium zones. I am currently in Mills Creek which is high. I am also looking for Animals to build near. If you can help me please do.

your best bet is to go up towards the foothills of where the mountains start, basically 1-2 grids away from the lake anywhere around the map will get you to these locations.

That should keep you in the low-med zones.
