Game not working

Anyone experienceing crashes? My buddy can't stay logged in for more then a minute before the game crashes.
The game was working fine before.

We have tried reinstalling the game a couple of times but it did not help. Got new drivers, searched the web for help.
We are at a loss now and he is unable to play.

It seems his Char was not working. He deleted it and remade now everything seems to be working fine.
