Hello Survivors! We had a great turnout today for the Deer Chieftain event, hosted by Guide Rashnu with the assistance of Guide Lailah & myself. Players had to run along a road (built by Willowhawk from Raven Moon) to the deer enclosure, then kill and take the hearts from the deer, and return it to the start point. The number of hearts you had to collect was determined by your HP as follows:

0 - 50 HP = 1 heart
51 - 100 HP = 2 hearts
101 - 150 HP = 3 hearts
151 HP or more = 4 hearts

The deer ranged from tiny to large, with the dreaded Shadow Deer lurking amongst them. The first three back with their deer heart quota won a prize. Also, whoever was able to obtain the Shadow Deer Heart won a special prize. Here's how they placed:

1st = Willowhawk
2nd = Riverspirit
3rd = Batu

Shadow Deer Heart was obtained by ShortSam

These screenshots tell a story of fear, guts and glory! (with a side-order of humiliation)...

Hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed snapping them. Thanks to everyone for coming out!

Yes, the lined road was a perfect way for us to guide Survivors down to the deer enclosure without anyone getting lost. Thanks for letting us disrupt the roadway for a few days. I believe you should find the area set back to its pre-event state now(or pretty close).
