Hi, New here-Need help

Hi all!

Ive decided to give this game a try.
The client patcher is very annoying.
I live in a country where the Internet goes off and on and changes speed regularly.
That means everytime the internet screws around, I loose all the information I downloaded.
I need a manual Patch which I can download with utorrent or a download manager. Please help.
