Game load time.. Suggestions?

My game load time is forever.... is this my video drivers? suggestions? My PC is very new.

Takes my computer about 16s (you can see how long by clicking on the system tab of chat in game after loading in).

2 things I believe effect this the most.
1)HD speed.
2)Internet speed.

I just built a new computer with a better CPU, better videocard, same ram. Only 1 thing was different was the HD, it takes 56s to load in.

If I change to my wireless phone connection it takes almost 2 mins (117s) to load on this computer.

You can still buy one, they are easy to install and it doesn't have to be your OS. I've seen them for as low as 50$ for a 120gigs which is more than enough for Xsyon.
